Why the switch is worth the effort
Hacoo's one-tap checkout is convenient, but it gives you no look at your actual item before it ships, and a size problem has to be posted back from Europe within 15 days of delivery. An agent order adds steps and gives you control in return: warehouse photos of your item, the option to exchange it with the seller inside China, and one consolidated parcel for items from many sellers. The catch is that agents don't buy from Hacoo. They buy from marketplaces such as Taobao, Weidian and 1688. So the whole job is finding the same item there.
The switch is a search problem, not a shipping problem.
Step 1: get the right photo
Image searches match photos, so feed them the best one. Product listings on Hacoo usually include several pictures: a styled model shot, a flat lay, close-ups of details and a size chart. The flat lay or a detail shot works best. Styled photos with busy backgrounds and text overlays confuse matching. Crop out any watermark or price sticker, and keep the original resolution.
Also save the size chart and the material line. You'll need them in step 3, and they're often the only way to tell two near-identical items apart.

Step 2: search in the right places

Step 3: check that it really is the same item
- Identical photos? Same model, same background and same folds usually mean the same source.
- Size chart numbers match? Centimetres should agree within a centimetre or so.
- Material line matches? "100% cotton" against "65% polyester" means a different product.
- Colour names and options match? Sellers often share photos but not stock.
- Buyer photos agree? Real photos on both listings should show the same fabric and fit.
If two or more checks fail, keep looking or buy on Hacoo. A cheaper lookalike is not a bargain if it's a different product.

Step 4: convert and order
Copy the marketplace address and paste it into our agent link converter. It reads the platform and item number and gives you the link format for several agents, so you can open the item directly in the one you use. Pick an agent that was open at our last check on the status list; for buyers in Spain, Germany or Poland, the payment methods differ, which each agent page notes.
Pay per order rather than loading money into an agent wallet. When the item reaches the warehouse, compare the QC photos with the Hacoo listing: shape, colour, stitching and the size label. Ask for measurements if fit matters. Only then submit the parcel for international shipping.

When to stop and stay on Hacoo
Not every Hacoo item has a marketplace twin, and not every twin is worth the trouble. Why can't I paste a Hacoo link into an agent?
Agents are built to buy from specific Chinese marketplaces such as Taobao, Weidian and 1688, using those sites' item numbers. A Hacoo link points at a product inside Hacoo's own app, which agents don't buy from. We found no agent that accepts Hacoo links. So the step that matters is finding the same product on a marketplace the agent does support.
Which image search works best for Hacoo items?
Google Lens is the easiest starting point because it searches the open web, including some marketplace listings. The Taobao app's own photo search is often better for finding the original seller, because it searches Taobao's catalogue directly. Use the plainest product photo you can, without text overlays; flat lays and detail shots match better than styled model photos.
How do I know the marketplace item is the same as on Hacoo?
Compare photos pixel for pixel where you can: same background, same model, same folds usually means the same seller or source. Then check the size chart numbers, the material percentages and the colour names. Buyer photos on both listings help. A cheaper item that only looks similar is often a different product, so treat the agent's warehouse photos as the final check.
Is the marketplace price lower than Hacoo's?
Sometimes, but the comparison must include everything. On Hacoo, the checkout total includes shipping. Through an agent you pay the item, domestic shipping to the warehouse, any service fee and then international shipping, which is cheaper per item when you consolidate several items. For one light item Hacoo often wins; for a full parcel, the agent route frequently does.
What if I can't find the Hacoo item anywhere else?
Some Hacoo listings are exclusive to the app or come from sellers who don't list on Taobao or Weidian. In that case, buy it on Hacoo and use its 15-day return window, or send a screenshot to our WhatsApp service, which will tell you whether it can be sourced and quote one delivered price, paid per order.
