Public photos: a preview Hacoo never gives you
On Hacoo, the only pictures before delivery are the seller's own and whatever buyers post in reviews. USFans makes warehouse QC photos public, according to the rep.tools guide: real photos of the same item, taken when other buyers' orders arrived. You can browse them without signing up. For someone deciding whether to move a Hacoo find to an agent, that is a no-cost way to judge the item and the route at the same time.
Use them as evidence, not proof. Sellers change batches and colours, so your item may differ. But if three buyers' photos show the same issue, expect it too.

USFans links are short and readable: usfans.com/product/3/ plus a Weidian item number, with 2 for Taobao and 1 for 1688. To get there from Hacoo, trace the Hacoo product to its marketplace seller with an image search, check the size chart and material line, then convert. Shipping choices by country
USFans's large line list matters most in places where tax handling differs. US buyers lost duty-free entry for low-value parcels when it was suspended on 29 August 2025, so a duty-paid line avoids a surprise bill at the door; see New York. In the EU, VAT applies from the first euro and a €3 customs duty per item category has applied to low-value IOSS parcels since 1 July 2026; see Spain and France. Hacoo's own quoted delivery to Spain is 15–30 days, which gives you a benchmark for comparing agent lines.

Paying and protecting yourself
Pay for each order as you place it, and leave no money in the account. With Trustpilot's score withdrawn, your own evidence matters more: screenshots of each order, the photos you approved and any support messages. If an order stalls, raise it inside USFans first, then through your payment provider if needed.

USFans or Hacoo for a cautious buyer
Cautious buyers usually stay on Hacoo because the app feels safer: one payment, one store, a 15-day return window after delivery. USFans offers a different kind of safety. Before spending anything you can browse public warehouse photos of the item, and after buying you see your own item before it ships. What you give up is the doorstep return. For low-cost basics, Hacoo's model is fine; for items where you'd hate a surprise, such as shoes or a winter coat, USFans's look-first model is the better fit. Can I see USFans QC photos without an account?
Yes, according to the rep.tools USFans guide updated 25 August 2026: QC photos are public. For a Hacoo shopper that is a free preview of what other buyers received, taken in the warehouse rather than in a studio. It doesn't guarantee your item will match, but it tells you a lot about fabric, colour and finish before you spend anything.
How do USFans links work?
USFans product links take the form usfans.com/product/code/item-number. The code is 3 for Weidian, 2 for Taobao and 1 for 1688, according to the JadeShip converter output and the rep.tools guide. Our converter builds these links from any marketplace address and can read a USFans link back into the original Taobao, Weidian or 1688 listing.
Why has Trustpilot withdrawn USFans's score?
Trustpilot hid the score after finding a breach of its guidelines and removing reviews it judged not genuine. On 5 October 2026 the profile still listed 748 reviews, with new ones in September. The stars therefore can't be used as evidence either way. Read the newest individual reviews and lean on the public QC photos, which are harder to stage.
How long does USFans store items?
The w2cspreadsheet directory reports 90 days of free storage for agent orders and 60 days for forwarding parcels. Those figures are third-party, so confirm them in your account. For a first haul gathered from Hacoo finds traced to Taobao or Weidian, 90 days is ample; submit the parcel with a few weeks to spare.
Is USFans good for US buyers?
USFans offers many shipping lines, reportedly 200+ to over 200 countries, and duty-paid options matter more for US buyers since duty-free entry for low-value parcels was suspended on 29 August 2025.
