Why a fee table matters to someone used to Hacoo
Hacoo's checkout shows one total and that is that. Moving to an agent means several charges at different moments, and the fear of hidden costs is the most common reason Hacoo shoppers hesitate. Superbuy addresses that fear better than most: it publishes a fee composition page that sets out what it charges and when. Its footer dates the business to 2012, which makes it one of the longest-running agents still open.
If surprise charges are what keep you on Hacoo, Superbuy is the gentlest first agent.

All figures come from Superbuy's fee page, read on 5 October 2026. Trustpilot showed 4.5 from 1,033 reviews that day. International shipping is priced per line and weight, so it isn't in the table; Superbuy's own estimator gives it once you know the parcel weight.
Few agents put this much in writing; read it once and you'll know every line of the bill.
What changes compared with a Hacoo order
- Two payments: items when you order, international shipping when you submit the parcel.
- Photos first: your item is checked in the warehouse; detailed shots cost a little.
- Your choice of line: faster and dearer, or slower and cheaper, and duty-paid options for some countries.
- Returns move earlier: fix problems before the parcel leaves China; after that, returns are rarely practical. Hacoo, by contrast, gives 15 days after delivery.
Our Hacoo vs agents comparison covers each of these, and the calculator lets you price the same order both ways.
More control, more steps; the fee table makes the steps predictable.
Moving a Hacoo find into Superbuy
Superbuy buys from Taobao, Tmall, JD and 1688. Start from the Hacoo product photo, find the same listing with an image search, and paste that marketplace address into Superbuy's search bar. Compare the listing's size chart and material line with the Hacoo one before paying. The Hacoo-to-agent guide explains how to avoid near-identical lookalikes, and our converter confirms the item number from any marketplace link.
Search by photo, confirm by chart, then paste.
Paying Superbuy
Superbuy's fee page lists Wise, Visa, Alipay, WeChat Pay and UnionPay among its methods. Pay for each order as you place it rather than keeping a balance; it is the one habit that protects you if any agent's situation changes suddenly, as happened to CNFans in August 2026.
Pay per order; a long track record is not a reason to keep a balance.
A first Superbuy haul, sensibly sized
- Pick three to five items you've matched from Hacoo or a Hacoo spreadsheet.
- Order them in the same week so they arrive inside the 90-day window together.
- Pay ¥2–3 for detail photos on anything size-sensitive.
- Choose a line suited to your country; the Germany and Spain pages explain the €3 per-category EU duty on low-value parcels since 1 July 2026.

Small, consolidated, photographed: the way to learn an agent.
Superbuy's long record, in context
A footer reading "©2012–2026" doesn't guarantee good service, but it does mean Superbuy has survived several waves of agent closures, including the 2024 raid that ended PandaBuy and the August 2026 closures of CNFans and AllChinaBuy. For a Hacoo shopper choosing a first agent, that track record and the published fee table make Superbuy a low-surprise starting point. The trade-off is that older agents can feel less slick than newer ones built for phones; if app convenience matters most, compare it with JoyaGoo or HooBuy.
Longevity plus a fee table: the low-surprise first agent.
Superbuy questions from Hacoo shoppers
Does Superbuy charge a service fee?
According to Superbuy's own fee page, read on 5 October 2026, there is no service fee on orders from Taobao, Tmall, JD and 1688. Second-hand items carry a 10% fee with a minimum of ¥10 and maximum of ¥20, and its Shipping Expert service charges 10% within ¥20–300. Shipping and any extra photos are charged separately, so the checkout total is still the figure to compare.
How many free days does Superbuy give before storage charges start?
Ninety days, according to its fee page. After that it charges ¥0.1 per item per day, and items can stay up to 180 days in total. For someone coming from Hacoo, that window is long enough to collect a full haul from several sellers and ship it as one parcel, which is where the agent route tends to save money.
Are Superbuy's photos free?
Basic QC is free, according to Superbuy's fee page, and detailed photos cost ¥2–3 per item. For clothing and shoes, paying for a few detail shots is worthwhile: they show stitching, labels and measurements, which is exactly what you can't see on a Hacoo order until the parcel arrives. Ask for them before approving international shipping.
Which payment methods does Superbuy list?
Its fee page lists Wise, Visa, Alipay, WeChat Pay and UnionPay among the options, as read on 5 October 2026. Options can vary by region and change over time, so check the payment screen. Pay for each order as you place it, and don't leave money sitting in the agent wallet.
Can I give Superbuy a Hacoo link?
No. Superbuy buys from Chinese marketplaces such as Taobao, Tmall, JD and 1688, and doesn't buy from the Hacoo app. To move a Hacoo find, save its photo, locate the same listing on one of those marketplaces with an image search, and paste that address into Superbuy. Our converter and Hacoo-to-agent guide cover the details.
