TikTok is where most Hacoo lists are born: reading creator bio sheets, caption codes and TikTok Shop

Last updated .

Short answer: A 'TikTok spreadsheet' is usually a creator's link-in-bio list: the products from their videos, collected into a sheet that often mixes Hacoo app links, agent links and discount codes. Autocomplete pairs it with agent names such as CNFans, USFans and ACBuy, and with 'template' and 'TikTok Shop'. TikTok Shop is a separate thing: products sold inside TikTok itself. For Hacoo shoppers, the creator lists are the source of most finds, so knowing how to test them matters.

Where Hacoo lists start

Trace most Hacoo spreadsheets back far enough and you reach a TikTok video. A creator shows a haul, says "link in bio", and the bio leads to a sheet or link page with every product from that video and many before it. Marketing4eCommerce's explainer on Hacoo describes exactly this spread: links and codes passed through TikTok bios, then Telegram, X and messaging groups. Our Hacoo links guide follows the trail through each source.

TikTok bios are the headwaters of Hacoo lists.

What a creator bio sheet contains

Typical rows in a creator bio sheet
Row typeOpensWorks today?
Hacoo share linkHacoo app on your phoneIf the listing is still live in your region
Agent link (CNFans, ACBuy…)The agent's siteNot if the agent closed; convert it
Raw Taobao / Weidian linkThe marketplaceThrough any open agent
Discount codeNothing; you type it at checkoutOften expired; check conditions

Rows in a closed agent's format are the biggest source of "dead" links. Paste them into our converter to rebuild them for agents that are open; our CNFans and ACBuy pages explain why those formats broke.

Most dead bio-sheet rows are dead wrappers, not dead products.

Codes in captions

Creators usually pair their sheet with a personal Hacoo code. Coupon trackers describe the big first-order offers as covering one item, often the priciest, and new customers only, with codes lasting weeks rather than months. Our discount codes page explains how to read the conditions before you build a cart around one.

Read the code's conditions before choosing what goes in the cart.

TikTok Shop is different

TikTok Shop lets you buy inside TikTok, from sellers listed there, with TikTok's own checkout and protections. Videos with a shop tag lead there; videos that say "link in bio" usually lead to a creator sheet pointing at Hacoo or an agent. The two routes have different sellers, prices and return terms, so check which one a video is actually using before you buy.

Shop tag means TikTok's checkout; "link in bio" means somewhere else.

Testing a creator's list

  1. Check the creator's bio for the newest list; old ones are often abandoned.
  2. Open five random rows and score them as in our links guide.
  3. Convert dead agent rows rather than discarding them.
  4. Keep your own short list with photos, so future link deaths don't matter.

For buying, see buying from a Hacoo sheet or the agent status list, or send a screenshot from any video to our WhatsApp service for one delivered price.

Newest list, five-link test, convert the wrappers.

Keeping your own copy of a creator's finds

Creator sheets change without warning: rows are deleted, links swapped for new codes, or the whole sheet replaced. If a find matters to you, copy it into your own list the day you see it, with four things: a screenshot of the product, the link, the date and the creator's name. Then when the original sheet changes or the link dies, you still have the photo to search with and the creator to check back on. This also lets you compare what several creators recommend, rather than following one person's taste. Our PDF and Excel page suggests a phone-friendly layout, and the Reddit page explains how to tell honest recommendations from promotion.

Screenshot, link, date, creator: save all four.

Creators and disclosure

Many creators earn from codes and links, which is fine when they say so. Treat undisclosed promotion with more caution, and judge a find by its listing and buyer photos rather than by enthusiasm in a video.

Judge the product, not the pitch.

And when a video makes something look irresistible, the five-link test and a quick size check are still worth the two minutes they take.

Over time, a personal list built this way becomes more useful than any single creator's sheet.

Creator lists and TikTok Shop: questions

What do people mean by a TikTok spreadsheet?

Usually a list a creator keeps in their bio link, collecting the products shown in their videos. It may be a Google Sheet, a Linktree page or a PDF. For Hacoo creators it mixes Hacoo app links, agent links for Taobao or Weidian items, and their discount code. It's the main way Hacoo finds spread before they reach Telegram and Reddit.

Why do TikTok spreadsheet searches mention CNFans and ACBuy?

Because many creators used those agents' link formats in their bio sheets. Autocomplete still pairs 'tiktok spreadsheet' with CNFans, USFans and ACBuy. CNFans closed in August 2026 and ACBuy was reported shut the same month, so many of those rows fail now. The items behind them can still be bought by converting the links to an open agent.

How does TikTok Shop differ from a creator's bio sheet?

They're separate. TikTok Shop is a marketplace inside the TikTok app, where you buy from sellers without leaving TikTok, with its own checkout and protection. A TikTok spreadsheet sends you elsewhere: to Hacoo, an agent or another store. If a video's product has a TikTok Shop tag, the purchase happens on TikTok; if it points to a bio sheet, it doesn't.

Are creator discount codes worth using on Hacoo?

They can be, but read the conditions. Hacoo's large first-order offers typically apply to one item, often the most expensive, and to new customers only, according to coupon trackers. Codes also expire quickly. Type the code into Hacoo's checkout and nowhere else, and compare the final total rather than the headline percentage.

How do I tell if a creator's list is current?

Look for a last-updated date, then run a quick test: open five random links. If at least four open the pictured product at a similar price, the list is usable. Creators often stop maintaining old sheets when they start new ones, so check their bio for a newer link before giving up on a dead list.
