The Hacoo app explained for spreadsheet users: settings, search and the problems people hit most

Getting the right app

Hacoo exists as two official apps and nothing else. Both are listed as "Hacoo - Discovering & Inspiring". The details worth checking before you install:

The Saramart package name is a leftover from the app's earlier brand, explained on our Saramart page. Searches such as "hacoo app download free" sometimes lead to file-sharing sites offering an APK. Skip those: an app installed outside the official stores can be modified, and it would hold your payment details.

Install only from Google Play or the App Store, and check the developer name.

Settings that decide what you see

• Region: Hacoo shows regional stock and prices. Set your real delivery country when you sign up; some Play Store reviewers say it is hard to change later.
• Language: the app's language setting is separate from region, so a Spanish creator's links still open in the language you choose.
• Notifications: worth keeping on for order updates. Hacoo's EU help page says delays are announced by WhatsApp or SMS, so keep your phone number current too.
• Payment: the methods offered depend on country. Only ever pay in this screen.

Searching the app effectively

Hacoo's search works best with short, descriptive words rather than names: "cropped puffer black", "linen shirt beige", "chunky trainers white". Filters for price and category narrow things quickly. When you have a photo from a spreadsheet row, search by a description of it first, and compare the results' photos and size charts carefully, since many sellers list near-identical items. Buyer photos are the best way to separate them.

Many people search for ways to find branded items on Hacoo. Third-party coverage reports that such listings have become harder to reach in the app, and we don't share codes or tricks to get around that. When Hacoo is not working

1. Update the app. Old versions can fail to open newer links.
2. Restart and check your connection. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
3. Clear the cache (Android: Settings › Apps › Hacoo › Storage) or reinstall on iPhone.
4. Test a different product. If only one link fails, that listing is gone.
5. Contact support at service@hacoo.app, the address on the Google Play listing, with screenshots.

One more check before contacting support: open a product you know exists, such as one from today's home feed. If that opens normally but a spreadsheet link doesn't, the app is fine and the listing is the problem. That distinction saves a support ticket and points you to the fix, which is finding the item again by photo.

No PC version: what to do on a computer

There is no official Hacoo app for Windows or Mac, and the hacoo.app website has help pages but no checkout. Emulators that run Android apps on a PC exist, but they add a layer of software you have to trust with your account and card. If you want to shop from a computer, the realistic alternative is a shopping agent: agents run full websites, take Taobao, Weidian and 1688 links, and show warehouse photos before shipping. Is there a Hacoo app for PC or Windows?

No official one. Hacoo publishes apps for iOS and Android only, and its website pages are help and policy pages without a checkout. Searches like 'hacoo app pc' and 'hacoo app windows' show people want one, but running a phone app through third-party emulators adds security risk. If you need to shop from a computer, an agent website with Taobao or Weidian links is the practical route.

Which Hacoo app is the real one?

On Google Play, look for 'Hacoo - Discovering & Inspiring' by DOOP TECH LIMITED, with the package com.saramart.android and 10M+ downloads. On the UK App Store it is listed under the same name by Hacoo Tech. Avoid installing apps from links in chats or from file-sharing sites, and don't trust apps with a similar name but a different developer.

Why does Hacoo show different items to my friend abroad?

Hacoo shows regional stock, so buyers in Spain, the UK and Germany can see different products and prices. A spreadsheet made by a creator in one country may therefore contain links that are unavailable in another. Play Store reviewers also mention difficulty changing region inside the app, so set it correctly when you first sign up, using your real delivery country.

Why is my Hacoo app not working?

Start with the basics: update the app, restart the phone and check your connection. If a single product won't open, the listing was probably removed. If the whole app fails, clearing the app cache on Android or reinstalling it usually helps. Why can't I find certain brands on Hacoo?

The app's search does not surface many listings that use other companies' trademarks, and third-party coverage reports that such listings have become harder to reach. That is not a fault in your app. We don't publish search codes or workarounds for finding such items, and customs in the EU, UK and US can seize trademark-infringing goods whichever app they were bought from.
