Photo albums with no checkout: how a Yupoo row leads to a Weidian listing and an agent order

Last updated .

Short answer: Yupoo is a photo-hosting service, not a store: sellers use it to publish albums of their products, then sell through Weidian, Taobao or messaging apps. There is no Yupoo checkout. A Yupoo row in a spreadsheet is therefore a catalogue page; to buy, you need the seller's actual store link, usually on Weidian, and an agent such as KakoBuy. That's a very different flow from Hacoo, where the listing and the checkout are the same thing.

Picks to set beside your Hacoo cart

These product photos come from repbuysheet.com, which has 10,000+ products to choose from. Tap any photo for its page on repbuysheet.com with prices and more pictures; the set rotates on the first of every month.

A catalogue, not a checkout

Yupoo began as a photo-hosting site. Sellers discovered that it made a convenient product catalogue: one album per product line, dozens of photos, a description with sizes. What Yupoo doesn't do is sell anything. There is no cart, no payment and no shipping. Somewhere in the album, usually in the description, is a pointer to where the seller actually sells: a Weidian shop, a Taobao store or a messaging contact.

Turning a Yupoo row into an order

  1. Open the album and look for a store link or seller ID in the description.
  2. Find the matching listing in that store; check the product photos match the album.
  3. Convert the link with our agent link converter; Weidian links convert for all 13 agents it supports.
  4. Order through an open agent from our status list, paying per order.
  5. Compare warehouse photos with the album before approving shipping.

The store link in the description is the bridge from browsing to buying.

"Yupoo KakoBuy" and other agent searches

Autocomplete for "yupoo spreadsheet" suggests KakoBuy and AllChinaBuy, a sign that people look for the fastest way from an album to an agent cart. KakoBuy was open on 5 October 2026; AllChinaBuy was offline behind a hack notice. Whichever agent you use, it buys the Weidian or Taobao listing, not the album.

Pick an open agent; the album is only the starting point.

Album photos versus your item

Album photos are catalogue images. They may be months old or shared across batches. That is similar to Hacoo's seller photos, with one difference: on the agent route you get photos of your own item before it ships. Use them. Compare colour, shape, size label and stitching with the album, and ask for more angles where needed. Our shoe page lists what to check.

Trust the warehouse photos, not the album.

What we leave out

A large share of Yupoo albums exist to show items carrying other companies' trademarks. We don't publish or rank those, and customs can seize trademark-infringing goods however they're bought. For unbranded products, Yupoo is a useful browsing tool. If you'd rather keep it simple, Hacoo's app or our WhatsApp service, which quotes a delivered price and sends photos first, avoid the album-to-agent steps. Our Hacoo vs agents page explains the trade-offs.

Browse albums for unbranded goods; buy through a store and an agent.

Saving an album find properly

Album links break when sellers reorganise, so save the useful parts the moment you find something: the photo you liked, the seller's store link or ID, the album's size chart and the date. With those four pieces you can rebuild the trail even if the album disappears. Put them in your own list next to your Hacoo and Taobao finds; our PDF and Excel page suggests a layout that works on a phone.

Photo, store link, chart, date.

When an album has no store link

Some albums show only a messaging contact. Buying directly from a stranger by message removes every protection: no platform, no agent warehouse, no dispute route. We'd skip those sellers. If the same product appears in a Weidian or Taobao shop, buy it there through an agent, where you'll see photos of your item before paying for shipping. Our image-search guide explains how to find it.

No store link, no purchase.

Used that way, Yupoo is simply a catalogue among many, and the buying happens where you have protection.

In short, browse freely, but buy only where a platform and an agent stand between you and the seller. That keeps the convenience of albums without giving up the protections that matter when an order goes wrong, and it means you always see your actual item before paying to ship it.

That is the whole method.

Yupoo questions from Hacoo shoppers

Can I buy directly on Yupoo?

No. Yupoo hosts photos and albums; it has no cart or checkout. Sellers use it as a catalogue and sell elsewhere, most often through a Weidian shop or a messaging app. To buy, find the seller's store link, usually shown in the album description, and open that listing through a shopping agent, which buys and photographs the item for you.

Why do spreadsheets mention 'yupoo kakobuy'?

Because buyers want to turn a Yupoo album into an agent order, and KakoBuy is one of the most used agents. Autocomplete for 'yupoo spreadsheet' suggests KakoBuy and AllChinaBuy for that reason. The agent can't buy from the album itself; it buys from the Weidian or Taobao listing the album points to. AllChinaBuy has since gone offline.

How is Yupoo different from Hacoo?

On Hacoo, the listing you look at is the thing you buy, and you pay in the same app. On Yupoo, the album only shows products; the sale happens on another platform, through an agent. Hacoo is simpler for one item. Yupoo-plus-agent gives you the seller's full range and warehouse photos of your item before shipping.

Are Yupoo photos the item I'll receive?

Not necessarily. Album photos are the seller's catalogue images and may be reused for months or across batches. The only photos of your actual item are the agent's warehouse photos after purchase. Compare those with the album before approving shipping, and ask for extra angles if something differs. Album photos are a guide only.

Are Yupoo albums risky?

Many albums are built around items carrying other companies' trademarks, and customs in the EU, UK and US can seize trademark-infringing goods. We don't list or rank such albums. Albums of unbranded products work like any other seller catalogue: use them to browse, then buy through a store link and an agent.
