Hacoo shoppers know who they're buying from: the developer is named on the app store. Agents vary. VigorBuy sits in the middle. A directory names a Hong Kong company, Global Vitality E-Commerce Co Limited, and a warehouse in Xiamen, which is more than several agents offer. On the other hand, Trustpilot has withdrawn its score after removing reviews it judged not genuine, and published sources disagree about its service fee.

Where VigorBuy's users are

In the keyword dataset we use, VigorBuy is searched most in Brazil (about 2,900 a month), Spain (2,400) and the US (1,300). Spain is Hacoo's biggest spreadsheet market, so Spanish Hacoo shoppers meet VigorBuy rows often. Brazil's rules changed in 2026: a provisional measure set a 0% federal import tax on purchases up to US$50 from 13 May, and in early September Congress approved it, along with a cut from 60% to 30% for US$50–3,000, pending presidential sanction; state ICMS tax is still due. Checking the photos

VigorBuy photographs items in its warehouse; a directory reports five photos. Use them to check what a Hacoo order wouldn't show you until delivery: the size label, colour in daylight, seams and soles. If something is off, ask for an exchange with the seller before the parcel is packed. The shoe page lists the four checks that catch most problems.

Paying VigorBuy

Directories list cards, PayPal, Wise and crypto. Prefer PayPal or a card for the dispute route, pay each order when you place it, and leave no money in the account. Crypto payments are the hardest to reverse if anything goes wrong.

A third is worth asking if you're in Brazil or Spain: which lines collect tax before delivery for your country. Save the replies with your order. If the checkout later shows something different, you have a written reference.

Why is VigorBuy's Trustpilot score hidden?

Trustpilot withdrew it after finding a breach of its guidelines and removing reviews it judged not genuine; the profile carried a banner saying so on 5 October 2026, with 235 reviews and the newest a day old. A hidden score doesn't tell you service is bad, but it removes a shortcut. Read the newest reviews yourself and look for repeated complaints.

Who runs VigorBuy?

The w2cspreadsheet directory names Global Vitality E-Commerce Co Limited, based in Hong Kong, as the operator, with its warehouse in Xiamen. That is more than some agents disclose. We didn't confirm the details on VigorBuy's own pages in our check, so look for a company name in the site's terms before a large order.

Does VigorBuy charge a service fee?

Directories disagree: w2cspreadsheet says no agent commission, while cnbuypilot lists 2–4%. On €100 of items the difference is up to €4. Check the checkout for your order, and remember shipping will be the larger cost. Our calculator lets you enter a fee percentage and compare the result with a Hacoo order.

Is VigorBuy popular in Spain?

Its search interest is led by Brazil at about 2,900 monthly searches, then Spain at 2,400 and the US at 1,300, in the keyword dataset we use. Spain is also Hacoo's largest spreadsheet market.
