The 60-day clock, and how to work with it
Every agent stores your items for free for a while; after that, charges start or items risk disposal. LoveGoBuy's free period is reported at 60 days, a month shorter than the common 90. For someone used to Hacoo, where storage never comes up because each order ships straight away, this is the term most likely to cause trouble. The fix is planning: buy the items for one parcel within a short window, so the first arrival doesn't run out of free days while the last one is still on its way.
- List the items for one parcel before buying any of them.

- Submit the parcel by day 45 or so, leaving room for any exchange.

A French audience, EU rules
LoveGoBuy's search interest is concentrated in France, about 12,100 searches a month in the keyword data we use, with Spain and Germany well behind. A simple way to keep track: write each item's warehouse arrival date next to it in your list and add 60 days, so the deadline is visible at a glance. Ship the parcel as soon as the last item clears its photos, rather than waiting for the deadline.

Sixty days free, according to the w2cspreadsheet directory. That is shorter than the 90 days many agents give, so plan purchases so that everything reaches the warehouse within a few weeks of each other. If you collect Hacoo finds slowly over months, an agent with longer storage, such as Basetao or Sugargoo, may suit you better.
Does LoveGoBuy charge a service fee?
Directories disagree. w2cspreadsheet says there are no hidden fees beyond about ¥8 for the customs declaration, while cnbuypilot lists a 4–6% service fee with a minimum of ¥5–10. We couldn't settle it from LoveGoBuy's own pages, so read the checkout lines for your order and compare the total with Hacoo in our calculator.
Does LoveGoBuy have an app?
Yes, the w2cspreadsheet directory lists apps for iOS and Android. For people coming from Hacoo's app-only shopping, that keeps the experience familiar. Remember that the app is for an agent account: you bring marketplace items to it, it buys and photographs them, and you pay shipping separately when you submit a parcel.
