A Brazilian agent meeting European Hacoo habits
Most agents on our list draw their users from Europe and the US. HubBuyCN is different: in the keyword data we use, about 27,100 of its monthly searches come from Brazil, against around 590 from the US and under 400 combined from Germany, Italy and the UK. For a European Hacoo shopper, that matters in two ways. Community advice about HubBuyCN is mostly in Portuguese, and its shipping lines and habits have been shaped by Brazilian customers. For a Brazilian Hacoo shopper, it is the agent friends are most likely to recommend.
Brazil's favourite; Europeans will find less advice in their own language.

Using 300 days sensibly
If the 300-day figure holds for your account, it changes how you can shop. Instead of buying in a burst, you can add Hacoo finds traced to marketplace sellers over many months and ship once, which lowers the shipping cost per item. Two cautions. Long storage is only useful if the agent is still trading when you ship, so don't let a large amount of stock and money sit idle for months with an agent that has little public track record. And seasonal items lose value if they arrive after the season.
Long storage is a convenience, not a reason to leave a big haul sitting for months.
From Hacoo to HubBuyCN
Agents can't open Hacoo links. Trace the item: save the product photo, search with Google Lens or the Taobao app, and confirm a listing with matching photos, size chart and material. HubBuyCN's links carry the whole marketplace address, so our converter builds them for Taobao, Weidian and 1688 alike. The Hacoo-to-agent guide covers matching.
Any marketplace address converts to a HubBuyCN link.
Brazil's 2026 tax change in brief
A provisional measure in May 2026 set Brazil's federal import tax to 0% for purchases up to US$50, and Congress approved it in September, also cutting the rate for US$50–3,000 from 60% to 30%, pending presidential signature at the time of reporting. State ICMS still applies. How a given agent parcel is taxed depends on how it enters Brazil, so check the line's terms. Our São Paulo page has the details, set against Hacoo's own estimate of 25–65 days for countries outside its main European list.
Lower federal tax, ICMS unchanged: check how your line declares parcels.
HubBuyCN or Hacoo
For single buys, Hacoo's one checkout is simpler. For a planned haul, HubBuyCN's long storage and photos are attractive, as long as you begin with a small test order. Pay per order, keep records, and compare totals with the calculator. Agents with more public reviews are on the status list, and our WhatsApp service quotes one delivered price per order.
Test small; scale up only on your own good experience.
Language and support hours
HubBuyCN lists support from 09:00 to 18:30 Beijing time, by WhatsApp and email. For a buyer in Europe that window falls in the early morning to around midday; for Brazil, it runs from late evening to early morning the following day. Send questions early in that window, keep them short and include your order number. Because so much community advice about HubBuyCN is in Portuguese, a translation tool helps European buyers read reviews and forum threads.
Time your questions to Beijing hours for faster answers.
HubBuyCN questions from Hacoo shoppers
Is 'Hubbuy' the same as HubBuyCN?
Yes, in practice. People search 'hubbuy', and the agent trades at hubbuycn.com under the company name HK HUBBUYCN LIMITED, which appears in the site's footer. Make sure you're on hubbuycn.com when you sign in or pay. Similar names are common among agents, and the safest habit is to type the domain yourself rather than follow links from chats.
Does HubBuyCN really store items for 300 days?
That is what a Chinese-language page on HubBuyCN's own site stated when checked on 5 October 2026. It would be one of the longest free storage periods among agents. Because the English pages we could read didn't repeat it, confirm the figure in your account before planning a long, slow haul around it.
Why is HubBuyCN so popular in Brazil?
In the keyword dataset we use, Brazil accounts for about 27,100 monthly 'hubbuy' searches against roughly 590 in the US. Communities and creators in Brazil have clearly adopted it. Brazil's 2026 tax change, a 0% federal import tax on purchases up to US$50 with state ICMS still due, keeps small agent orders attractive there.
Are there reviews of HubBuyCN?
Very few in the places we check. Its Trustpilot profile, claimed in October 2025, showed zero reviews on 5 October 2026. That doesn't mean service is poor; Brazilian buyers may simply review elsewhere. It does mean you have little independent evidence, so keep the first order small, pay per order and keep records of every exchange.
How do I put a Hacoo find into HubBuyCN?
HubBuyCN wraps marketplace addresses in links of the form hubbuycn.com/product/item?url= followed by the encoded address. Hacoo links can't be wrapped. Trace the Hacoo item to a Taobao, Weidian or 1688 listing using its photo, confirm the match, then use our converter, which builds the HubBuyCN link for any of the three marketplaces.
