The evidence problem
Choosing an agent usually means reading what other buyers say. With EastMallBuy there is very little to read. On 5 October 2026 its Trustpilot profile, claimed in October 2024, showed eight reviews averaging 3.4, the newest from November 2025. Its search footprint is small too: in the keyword dataset we use, about 480 monthly searches in the US, 390 in Italy and 260 in Spain. None of that is evidence of bad service. It is an absence of evidence, which calls for a different approach than with a heavily reviewed agent.
No news isn't bad news, but it isn't good news either.

A one-order test plan
- Pick two light items you've matched carefully from Hacoo or a Hacoo spreadsheet.
- Pay with PayPal for that order only, so you have a dispute route.
- Log the dates: order, warehouse arrival, photos, parcel submission, delivery.
- Ask support one question and note how quickly and clearly they answer.
- Compare the landed total with Hacoo's checkout in our calculator.
If the test goes well, you've done what eight public reviews can't: checked the agent yourself, recently, on your own order.

Timing compared with Hacoo
Hacoo quotes 3–5 business days of processing, then 15–25 days to the UK, France, Germany and Italy. An agent route adds seller-to-warehouse time and your photo review before transit of roughly 10–20 days to the EU. Overall the two can be similar; the agent route just front-loads the waiting. If you need something by a date, Hacoo's express option, quoted at 5–7 workdays where offered, is the faster bet. Country specifics are on the Madrid and Berlin pages.

What a good test result looks like
After your test order, you should be able to answer five questions. Did items reach the warehouse within a reasonable time of the sellers dispatching them? Were the photos clear enough to check size labels and colour? Did support answer your question in plain language within a day or two? Was the shipping quote close to what you expected from the weight? And did the parcel arrive within the line's stated time, with no surprise charges at the door? Five yeses make EastMallBuy a reasonable choice for you; two or more noes suggest a better-reviewed agent from our list.

Is EastMallBuy still running?
The rep.tools status board listed it as up on 31 August 2026. Its Trustpilot page, though, had only eight reviews when we checked on 5 October, the newest dated 9 November 2025. So there is evidence that the site is live but almost no recent public evidence about service. Start with a small order, paid per order, before trusting it with more.
What does EastMallBuy charge?
The w2cspreadsheet directory says EastMallBuy doesn't disclose a service fee. That leaves the checkout as your only source: look at every line for the item, domestic shipping and any handling charge, then at the international shipping quote. Compare the full total with a Hacoo order in our calculator before deciding whether the agent route is worth it.
How long does EastMallBuy take to ship to Europe?
The directory reports roughly 10–20 days to the EU, depending on line. That is the transit estimate after the parcel leaves the warehouse, so add the time for items to arrive from sellers and for you to approve photos. Hacoo, by comparison, quotes 3–5 business days of processing plus 15–25 days to most of Western Europe.
How do EastMallBuy links work?
They carry the full marketplace address, in the form eastmallbuy.com/index/item/index.html?url= followed by the encoded Taobao, Weidian or 1688 address, according to JadeShip's converter output. Our converter builds them for all three platforms, and can read the address back out if you later decide to use a different agent. The original address stays readable.
Should a Hacoo shopper choose EastMallBuy first?
Probably not as a first agent, simply because there's so little public evidence. Agents with hundreds or thousands of recent reviews let you learn from other people's experiences. If EastMallBuy's terms appeal to you, test it with two or three light items and decide based on how that order goes.
